Sound8 features a primary 10Gbps symmetric fiber-optic line connected directly to our core routing nodes, with a secondary 1Gbps failover line on a separate ISP loop. High-availability Wi-Fi 6E is accessible throughout all lounge and desk zones.
Yes, Dedicated Desk and Private Studio memberships include guest passes. Day Pass holders can book meeting rooms separately, which grants access to their guests for the duration of the reservation.
Each member plan includes credits deposited on the 1st of every month. These can be used to book the Podcast Studio or Meeting Rooms. Unused credits expire at the end of the month and do not roll over.
Yes. Sound8 operates a 24/7 keyless secure access control system via mobile NFC passes or keycards. The facilities are continuously monitored by high-definition CCTV security nodes.
Monthly subscriptions can be canceled or changed with a 5-day notice before the next billing cycle. Annual memberships are billed upfront and can be set to not renew for the following term.
